About this policy

This policy covers the A-Space buyer appfor Android and iOS, published by EnvisionNext LLP and operated on behalf of A-Space Builders and Developers ("your builder"). It is separate from the Briqhaus CRM privacy policy, which covers the platform builders use.

Who the app is for

The app is for people who have booked a home with your builder. Accounts are created by the builder. There is no sign-up in the app, and nothing in the app is accessible before you sign in. The app is intended for adults (18 and over).

What we collect

The app shows you information your builder already holds about your purchase, and lets you add to it. Through the app we collect:

• Your details — name, email address, phone number, postal address and PAN number
• Your purchase records — bookings, agreement values, construction milestones, payment schedules, amounts paid and outstanding, and receipts
• Documents you upload — files you send to your builder through the app
• Support tickets — the messages and details you submit when you raise a ticket
• Your account identifier — used to sign you in and load your own records

We do not collect your location, contacts, calendar, messages, browsing history, or advertising identifiers.

What we do not do

• We do not show ads, and the app contains no advertising software
• We do not run analytics or usage tracking of any kind
• We do not collect crash reports or diagnostics — errors stay on your device
• We do not sell your personal information
• We do notshare your data with any third party for that third party's own purposes

Where a supplier (for example, hosting or infrastructure) processes data, they act only on our instructions, solely to run the service, and may not use your data for their own purposes.

How we use it

Your data is used only to operate the app: to sign you in, show your bookings, payments, milestones and documents, deliver documents you upload to your builder, and handle the support tickets you raise. It is not used for marketing, profiling or personalisation.

How it is protected

• All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS
• Your sign-in tokens are stored in your device's encrypted storage — the Android Keystore or the iOS Keychain — not in plain text
• The app asks for no device permissions beyond internet access. When you upload a document, the app uses your device's own file picker and never gains access to your photo library

How long we keep it

Your records are kept for as long as your account with your builder is active, and for as long as required afterwards to meet legal, tax and contractual obligations relating to your property purchase.

Your choices and how to reach us

You can view and update your profile details and change your password in the app.

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, email support@briqhaus.com. Because your account is created and administered by your builder, we will handle your request together with them. Some records relating to a property transaction must be retained by law and cannot be deleted on request.
